"La Civiltà Cattolica" is the oldest of all the still active Italian magazines. It was founded in Naples by a group of Italian Jesuit and the first number has been printed on April 6, 1850. Given its current magazine style, you can have a fairly complete panorama of religious and political events "from the Catholic point of view."
